WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?

We are always welcoming new patients and look forward to helping you heal. At your first appointment, you will fill out some brief general information about yourself. Please remember to bring your insurance card with you, if applicable.

WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept most insurance, including Medicare; however, we do not take any forms of Medicaid. If you do not have coverage, cash visits are $40.

DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?

Our office does not require a primary care provider's referral, but if you are using insurance, some companies may request it.

HAS COVID-19 AFFECTED YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

We know that aches and pains don't shut down during pandemics, so we haven't either. Our normal hours are still in effect, as listed on our home screen.
